Rhyne Kitchen Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial kitchen cleaning services, including, deep cleaning, appliance cleaning, grease trap and vent hood cleaning, floor and tile care, and custom cleaning packages. Service details are available on our website or by direct quotation.

Booking and Appointments
  • All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Clients must provide accurate details of the premises and scope of work to ensure proper scheduling and pricing.
Payment

Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be made at or before the completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the kitchen area.

  • All personal items, valuables, and fragile items should be removed or secured before cleaning begins.

  • Rhyne Kitchen Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper appliance installation.

Liability
  • We use safe and approved cleaning products; however, clients must inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
  • Rhyne Kitchen Cleaning LLC is insured and will take all reasonable steps to protect your property during cleaning.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.
